1. Cancellation Policy
Because production for handcrafted items often begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you believe you ordered in error, please contact our support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the rare event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
