Our creations are handcrafted and often made-to-order. To maintain our quality standards and the made-for-you nature of each piece, all orders are treated as final sale. Please review the policy below for details.

1. Cancellation Policy

Because production for handcrafted items often begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you believe you ordered in error, please contact our support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the rare event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means:

  • Slight variations in color, size, and design are natural and expected
  • Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images
  • These variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refund
  • We celebrate these variations as they add to the authentic, handmade character

4.2 Custom Orders

For custom or made-to-order items:

  • No cancellations once production begins
  • No refunds; for significant quality issues we will arrange repair, replacement, or store credit
  • Production time varies based on complexity
  • Custom orders are not returnable unless requested for inspection of a quality issue

4.3 Limited Edition Items

Limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces:

  • No cancellations
  • No refunds; we will assist with repair or replacement in case of a verified issue
  • These items cannot be recreated or replaced in identical form
